Confirmation of Situation *

I understand the nature of the camping and observing site.

All attendees will be accessing private property owned by Dave Skelton, our host.
All attendees must be self-contained as there are no picnic tables, no shelters, no potable water, no electrical, no sewer services or dump station on site.
Further that all garbage and debris must be removed by me upon departure.

The HAA Dark Sky Star Party is a weekend overnight camping event due to the distance from Hamilton. Therefore, it is not suited to a day trip.

I understand that: *

The registration fee is $25 per adult 18 and over, $37.50 for one parent/guardian and one child under 18, $50 per family. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult. The registration fee is charged to cover the costs of the portable toilet rentals and other sundry items. Payment can be made through PayPal by using the Online Store menu at the top of this form. This is a rain or shine event. Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled by the HAA. Weather will not be a reason for cancellation.
